At the start of check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly and seemed indifferent to customers and was very unresponsive when asked questions.

WIFI IS SLOW!!! Needs attention

Good, steady, clean, and comfortable.

The service is very good, the location is very strategic so I can see very beautiful natural views.

second time staying at Zenith, the hotel atmosphere is ok, the staff is friendly, wifi, cleanliness, breakfast, rooms, except there is 1 thing that needs to be fixed, namely the towels (please pay attention again).. always success to the management who has worked well to serve consumers.

The others are better, only suggestion is to repair the elevator, it smells musty, there is no water heater, the water is small

There is only 1 drawback…. The hot water shower is not optimal.. Suggestion: Repair the water heater

The room is comfortable but some staff are a bit noisy in the corridor, talking loudly and laughing, so it's a bit disturbing when you want to be quiet, if it's occasional it might not be a problem, but it's quite long so it's disturbing. The water heater is good, the bidet is not so good, the water is strong but the volume is small and there are branches.
