Location near Siloam Hospital, easy access

Room key is faulty, cannot be used

only the AC is a little less cold

I stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and checked in. The process was quite easy. Overall, the first floor of the hotel (the waiting area/reception) was quite nice and comfortable. Access to the upper floors is via stairs or elevator. I found the room to be comfortable. It was equipped with a window, air conditioning, a TV, and a table with some snacks available for purchase. Unfortunately, they didn't provide free toiletries like other hotels (I don't know about other guests). The bathroom had both hot and cold water. The receptionist was responsive and friendly, even happily escorting me to my room. Overall, this hotel was quite good and well-priced, with a strategic location and good service. These are just my personal opinions.

note for cabin room. toilet is given at least liquid soap. my soap is still new lost in the toilet big size also for deposit is too expensive 150 room price is not worthted fried rice taste bland

Comfortable, clean, highly recommended, the price of food and drinks is also affordable, 5-10 thousand, there is also a mini market. For the hot water, the shower is not so good, sis.

the water is small, the TV is not connected to the internet, the parking lot has no cover, the security guard is not friendly, there is no initiative to put the helmet on the terrace for a while or cover it like that, my helmet is so wet that I can't wear it. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future

so far the price is okay for the cleanliness of the room, facilities. but if possible increase the price a little for those who get breakfast, it would be okay compared to if applied the difference of 9 thousand from those who get breakfast and those who don't get breakfast. stayed 4 days 3 nights the breakfast was only fried rice, nothing with shrimp crackers and 2 slices of sausage, the saddest thing was there was hair eaten that was red the same as the fried rice. but the hotel is recommended for the studio with a price of 200k. but don't take breakfast if you can have breakfast outside

It says no smoking, but ashtrays are provided. The room smells of cigarettes.

the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, what makes me even more amazed is their staff, men and women who are already old. clean and tidy rooms, cold air conditioning, strategic location will definitely come back here. the fried rice is delicious ❤️

Drink refills for staying for several days are not provided every day directly (must be asked first). At breakfast, my parents accidentally ate egg shells. But overall. The staff is friendly and the service is sufficient and satisfying

Cheap (I ordered the cabin type), near Gubeng station, clean place, many food stalls around the hotel, get 1 menu for breakfast, there is wifi, there is a minimarket. The cabin type does not have toiletries so prepare your own. There is a 150 thousand deposit that is returned upon check out. This is suitable for those who need a place to rest for a while or backpackers.

It's quite ok with the budget price of the room.
