The staff was very helpful. We left our glasses in our room. They contacted us and helped us store them until we came back to pick them up.

The hotel is clean, the check-in process is easy, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the room is clean and tidy, wifi, the water heater is safe, access to the city is easy, very close to 23 Paskal, just walk, in front of the hotel there is Bakmi Rajim, across from the hotel is Kartika Sari. There were no tissues, no drinks in the room, you had to go outside to get the dispenser. There was no electric kettle.

The hotel staff here is very friendly. I checked out and was able to leave my luggage for the day so I could explore Bandung. The hotel is very close to Bandung train station, making it walkable for backpackers.

Old hotel in the center of the city. Location is great. When I arrived, the parking space was full and there was no one to help park. There is a secondary location to park at the back of the hotel, but it was also full. At the reception, there was no one standing by, so we needed to wait a bit. The room needs more attention to cleaning; I found some little cockroaches running near the bathroom and bed.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean, the food is delicious, and there's a hairdryer in the restroom. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here; it could be one of the best hotels in Bandung.

The Wi-Fi is super slow, so watching TV keeps loading. Breakfast is standard, but it could be improved. The hot shower water is unstable, coming out hot, cold, hot, cold.

There is room cleaning, personal belongings remain safe, not disturbed, very helpful when going home, outside the room is neat 🤩👍
