The first time I opened the bathroom, I found a towel that didn't look like it had been replaced (it was hanging on the toilet and wet, as if it had just been used for a shower). And when I first entered the room, there were two mineral water welcome drinks, and one was half-empty. I thought my husband had drunk it. It turned out that after I asked, no one had drunk the welcome drink at all. 🥲🥲💔

The hotel is dirty, from the start of check in there was vomit in front of my room, I called room service twice to ask for help cleaning it but it wasn't cleaned, even when I checked out it still wasn't cleaned, and the toilet smelled so bad that it had to be closed so it wouldn't smell when I slept.

We stayed at the Klub Bunga Theme Park for 1 night, this is our second time staying here, the place is comfortable, cool, clean, the staff is also friendly, the hotel is equipped with children's play facilities, the food is quite varied, the hotel is also located in the city center, close to everywhere if you want to go to other tourist attractions. Recommended for a staycation with your beloved family 🫶🏼

The only thing lacking was the poor wifi speed, the hotel's reason being that the wifi had just been hit by lightning.

The children were very happy with all the facilities at the hotel, a child-friendly hotel. They will definitely be regular customers.

There are many activities you can do if you stay here, access from the hotel facilities to the room requires quite a bit of leg strength heheh. On weekends there is live music and you can jam together too

I've been to this hotel twice, first with my office friends and now with my family. It's a comfortable hotel for parents and children. There are lots of games. I'm satisfied with my stay here.

Child-friendly hotel, but needs a refresh in the interior

The building looks old, but the rooms are very new and clean. The room facilities are satisfactory. There is a playground and a 24-hour library.

Lots of free toys, 2 tickets for hotel guests, can be used for 2 days. Happy kids staycation at the flower club.

The family enjoyed staying here, the hotel has a child-friendly concept, easy access, but it's a shame the room phone doesn't work and the wifi is on and off.

The room is quite good, the staff is as good as a 4-star hotel, the only friendly staff is the room boy, maybe it could be a consideration to improve the lights more so there is no scary atmosphere and for the restaurant maybe they could provide anti-fly, because yesterday I ate there were a lot of flies that landed and there were a lot of them.
