This is my first time visiting and staying here. It's perfect for families/children, as they'll surely love all the amenities, which are kid-friendly and allow children to play to their heart's content. The location is also conveniently close to everything, including the city, shopping, culinary delights, and more. Every corner of the hotel is convenient. Hopefully, the cleanliness, amenities, garden, and guest comfort will continue to improve. Thank you.

Check-in is at 3 o'clock, no advance, so if you can arrive close to check-in time, check-out is at 1 o'clock. The room is quite spacious, the price during the low season is still affordable with many facilities, for example, free entry to the flower club game area (some are paid again), entry to Jatim Park at a special price for hotel guests, IDR 40,000 / person, worth it because the normal price is around IDR 135,000. Free refill of drinking water as much as you like, a large swimming pool, there is a jacuzzi, sauna, a large warm water pool, a large cold water pool too. Very worth it for those traveling with family, especially children. Children are not charged extra. My son really enjoyed his 2-night stay at the flower club.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The kids were all happy, and there were plenty of play facilities for them.

It's nice, but lugging your suitcase up the stairs is a pain, tiring, and the room is a long way to go. Check-in is also required at 3:00 PM, not the standard 2:00 PM.

It's perfect for a staycation with your beloved children and family with an impressive theme park.

It's fun, with lots of activities. The only downside is that the distance from the lobby to the elevator is too far, requiring a long hallway.

The hotel staff are friendly and responsive to their respective duties and responsibilities.

Free theme park rides inside the Bunga Club and free access to Jatim Park 1. Very comfortable, only the rooms near the elevator are very noisy, not soundproof, the sound of people coming and going at night is quite disturbing.

Close to Batu square, BNS, Transport Museum, Jatim Park etc, very convenient.

Very comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. Lots of rides and free access to Jatim Park 1. A four-night stay felt like it wasn't enough; I wanted to extend but it was fully booked. Unfortunately, I found the breakfast menu lacking in flavor. The room was made up daily, and amenities were refilled daily. The room was also comfortable, with cool air conditioning. Very satisfied with my stay here.

The theme park's wide selection of facilities is incredibly enjoyable, ensuring you never get bored during your stay. I recommend a longer stay.

The facilities used to be more enjoyable because there were lots of open areas for sports, compared to now where there are lots of toys that are less useful when looking for comfort.

Cheap, comfortable, and clean. As a suggestion, I hope the indoor playground is free, including admission.

The room was worth it for the price, but the bathroom was a bit small for me, but everything was fine 😉 The playground was okay. All the staff were friendly 😉 The breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag, with only a few dishes offering chicken and dory fish. There's no beef on the menu, standard. For a 4-star hotel, the taste was bland 😔. The main thing I'd want to stay there again is the beautiful greenery, especially in the morning!

Highly recommended for a holiday with kids. Even at the hotel, the kids will have fun thanks to the theme park's extensive toys.

It's definitely worth it for families and kids. It's a children's paradise. No need to pay anything else. Just playing in the theme park area is free, especially for overnight guests. My kids were thrilled. The swimming pool has plenty of toys and a full play area. The hotel's atmosphere is like any other Balinese resort I've visited. Nice and cool. I'll come back here again next time.
