Clean rooms, hot water, strategic location near the Mangga Besar commuter line, lots of food near the hotel, water dispensers are provided in every corridor.

There is no Wi-Fi... the TV cannot be used, the blankets are not clean, there are no towels and bathroom amenities.

Room 301 was full of bed bugs so I didn't sleep well, otherwise it was okay.

The AC isn't cold, it's hot, it's better to use a fan, but the breakfast is delicious even though it's measured, not a buffet like most hotels.

There were cockroaches in the bedroom area, the sheets were dull, itchy, and there were fleas on the brown blanket.

The Wi-Fi wasn't optimal, the shower was broken and needed to be patched/plastered, the bathroom was slippery. There were small cockroaches in the room.

A hotel with unclean rooms. When I arrived, I was given room 310, but it was infested with cockroaches. I was then moved to room 308, which was the same. I stayed, but couldn't sleep all night because the room was infested with mosquitoes and bedbugs from the bed. My skin became irritated, itchy, red, and bumpy. It was truly the worst experience ever; I will never check into this hotel again!

When we first got our room, the receptionist gave us the wrong key. The room hadn't been cleaned at all, so we were moved to another room. The next morning, we realized there was a hole like this in the ceiling. Parking is 10,000 Rupiah.
