The food was decent, but unfortunately the room was very poor. The sheets were covered in hair, and when I slept, my feet itched like hives. There was no kettle, and there was no water either. Oh well.

The kids were happy with the swimming pool, but the room amenities were a bit lacking, for example, the mattress wasn't soft. Well, that's for the price.

The Wi-Fi wasn't great, and the breakfast wasn't great, just so-so. Everything else was good.

It's nice, clean, and beautiful. The service is friendly... but the rooms aren't soundproof... Overall good.

It is strategically located near many tourist attractions in Lembang, the air is cool even though the rooms are not air-conditioned, the price is affordable, you can get breakfast & there is a swimming pool.

The hotel is quite strategic for those of you who are tired from a vacation in Ciater/Lembang. The service is good, and you don't really expect to get breakfast for two people at a price that's quite worth it. There's a swimming pool too, which is cool 👍 Thank you, sis.

Stayed during the holiday season, the hotel was quite busy and we got a discounted rate. Check-in was around 10 PM, but toiletries weren't yet available in the room and had to be confirmed with the staff. After confirmation, they were provided immediately, but they should have been ready earlier. Breakfast was a notable feature. We arrived around 8 AM, but most of the menu items were out of stock and not refilled. In the end, we only had porridge, although it was delicious. This was my second stay here. My first impression was decent, the price wasn't much different, and I got a deluxe room this time. I got a super deluxe room. If you need something urgent, it might be okay for just one night; the deluxe is better.

The staff is friendly and the stay was comfortable. There's only one downside: there's no electric kettle, so getting hot water is a bit tricky. There are no glasses or cups provided either.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The location is great. Close to tourist attractions. Easy to find food. The staff is friendly. The downside of this hotel is that the mattress is so bad that the springs are already coming out. Sleeping is uncomfortable. The mineral water bottle is very small, about the size of a glass. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room.
