The room wasn't soundproof, so there were children's voices, like a playground. The air conditioning was very hot, and many of the lights were out.

Not recommended, the room cleanliness is not maintained, especially the bathroom because 3 small cockroaches and slime were found in the bathroom bathtub. This is the first time in my life I helped clean the hotel room sheets because they thought there were small stains that could not be removed and were charged 260 thousand rupiah. After cleaning, it turned out the stains could be removed with an unused toothbrush and toothpaste. Very disappointed staying at this hotel.

The place is cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. It's close to Asia Afrika.

I rented two rooms. One room had a serious air conditioner leak. I only found out in the middle of the night that the room was flooded with mud because there were no rags. It was already very late when I tried to call the front desk. We filed a complaint, but no compensation was given. This shouldn't happen because it's very uncomfortable. It could cause someone to fall because it's in the middle of the room.

Although the wait for check-in was a bit long, I was quite satisfied with the room, food and service. Next time I go to Bandung, I will stay here again, thanks.

(-) There is no handle for the toilet bidet. The 'making up room' sign was put up during the day, but it still hadn't been cleaned until evening. I immediately called the receptionist and finally it was cleaned. There should have been 4 towels, but there were only 3 and 1 was a small towel so when checking out I had a misunderstanding and thought the towel was missing. (+) Complete amenities and you can watch Netflix for free. The large bed can fit 3 people even though you only booked for 2.
