It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the room was clean, the atmosphere was comfortable.

The staff is not friendly, I ordered a standard room on the app but when I got there the room was not available so I paid extra for a better room but the lady explained it in a loud tone with a grumpy face. It turned out the room was really old, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, the sheets were dirty, the TV was broken, the water heater was broken, the cupboard was broken, the walls were yellow.

The price of Rp200,000 was given a room with the excuse that the AC was off, if you want AC you have to add Rp150,000. This is either intentional so that people add, the cheap price on the app is not the customer's fault. Seriously, there are small children in the room without AC, no fan compensation. The fault of the hotel who was told to add guests. Strange.

not according to the application. in the application for standard rooms there are still 3 rooms available. already booked and when checking in it turned out to be overbooked. And only given 2 options upgrade room add 250 or refund. the problem is can not be refunded. not only me people before me also protested about this. please fix it do not let it happen again
