I have stayed here ± 5 years ago, at that time I still missed it, but now this villa is not like before, so it is full of disappointment, including: - at 12.00 the villa arrived ready to check in, the villa was still not ready, at 13.00 the villa it was ready, I was allowed to enter but was told to wait until 14.00 or I would be charged early check in, in the end I just waited, but it turned out that at 13.30 I was allowed to enter, - when I entered I was informed that there were no amenities, only soap and towels, - wanted to order in room service but the buttler said "not currently available, because the cook is busy", - one of the buttlers was working while smoking in the villa room & around the guests, it was clear that the buttler was not from a hospitality background, - every time he wanted to take a hot shower it didn't work, he had to take a shower it's cold, every time my other family members want to turn on the hot shower they have to call the buttler, - the hot water can only be used for a while when it's not in use for a few moments and then they have to call someone, - the sofa, chair upholstery and sofa cushions in the villa seem shabby and not clean, - many of the bedroom door handles are not suitable, the bathroom door has to be pulled hard to close, the sound of the bedroom door handle squeaking disturbs the child from sleeping when I have to open the door, - the photos of the pool are good but the pool water gets cloudy easily, - nothing FO/buttler standby 24 hours at night when guests need something, there is only security who is fast asleep, - ± 11.00 before checking out, from the wall next to the room there was the sound of a builder drilling into the wall, overall I can confirm that yesterday's visit was a visit Our last time at Villa Padi, there will be no more recommendations to relatives to go to this Villa, please hire the owner of a hotel professional for a fit & proper test here during the school holidays, maybe our notes will be the same, namely: "villa price, villa potential , but the quality of the inn".
