Overall, I had a good experience. However, there was an issue that I hope the management will address. But no, I’m not going to say what it was, because the management has already apologized to me.

The room was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The natural surroundings were calming. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a pleasure to stay here. We also got the room we requested. Thank you.

A few suggestions for the food, the menu is too little varied. The fruits are not fresh, many are surrounded by small animals, it is better to use ice cubes. The meal times are too close. For the standard room version, the view is good, but it would be better to replace the plants with banana trees, they are less aesthetic, especially if they are wilted so they are not good for photos or videos. Everything else is okay, the atmosphere is very cool and serene, the cleanliness of the room is very good 👍

It was quite a pleasant stay. The resort is beautiful, with lots of lush trees and fresh air. The rooms are large and comfortable, naturally cool without air conditioning. There seems to be a group of otters living wild nearby. Please don't disturb them. However, cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could be improved. There's a lot of moss in the corners, and the sink faucet needs repair. The hot shower is less than optimal.

It was a cool stay. It felt like being surrounded by nature, so refreshing.

I had a wonderful stay at Imah Seniman Resort, Bandung. The highlight is the beautiful natural setting, surrounded by lush greenery, flowing streams, and a peaceful forest atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious and unique, and waking up to the sounds of nature was a memorable experience. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. While a few facilities could benefit from better maintenance, the overall ambiance, scenic views, and tranquil environment more than made up for it. If you’re looking to escape the city and enjoy nature, this is an excellent choice.

The bed needs to be replaced because it is old and makes my body ache.

The place is nice, I happened to get a rather dirty room, there were centipedes on the bed wall, thank God they didn't touch the kids, the bathroom had mold, and lots of gecko poop. The toilet flush was broken, so I had to replace it. There wasn't much hot water, so if I wanted to soak, I had to wait a few hours for the pool to fill up. The curtains were washed, they were really dirty. Netflix didn't work. The room paint was dull. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but it seems like the cleaning was lacking. I asked for a clean one because I wanted to review the hotel, so I'd pay more attention to cleanliness.

The breakfast, while not a buffet, was delicious. The soto, fried rice, and mie nyemek were all delicious and memorable. Unfortunately, there were no chairs in the room, so it was a bit confusing to find a place to sit for room service.

The rooms here are unique and have a different atmosphere from most other accommodations.

I stayed for two nights. I planned to try the restaurant on the last night. It turned out there were a lot of mosquitoes because it was outdoors and surrounded by plants and trees. So, I ended up having room service. The food was delicious.

A peaceful accommodation, even though each room doesn't have air conditioning, it's still cool, and even at night, the rooms feel chilly. The best part is that this place is now pet-friendly. The staff is friendly, and complaints are quickly addressed. I'll be back again for the Daun Rontok room, which is truly comfortable and clean. Dirty!!!! Lots of ants. Dirty. Two of my assistants were surrounded and bitten by ants all over their bodies. The items are unhygienic. I just want a refund.
