The staff is friendly, the hotel is pretty good.

There are no power outlets in the lobby, so stingy. The location is not close to a minimarket or restaurant. I got a broken room, the table was broken, there were no chairs, the AC was noisy, and the clothes hanger was loose. Finally, I complained and was given another room. But why was the guest given a broken room? The room also smelled musty. There was no soap, and I had itchy bumps. Oh yeah, I found a spider on the bed. The owner of this hotel seems stingy. Lack of maintenance. I won't be coming back tomorrow. Not worth the price.

There is a balcony so it is nice to see the city view.

The hotel is comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I stayed here for two nights and it didn't disappoint. Overall, I recommend it for a trip to Malang.

Everything was comfortable, but the room wasn't soundproof. From nightfall until the next morning, there was always noise.

The bathroom smelled of urine and the walls were yellow. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough and the room didn't smell good. Some of the floor tiles in front of the elevator were broken, as if they were about to open. It was scary for a child to step on them. The only plus was that we could check in half an hour earlier than the scheduled time.

Yesterday I ordered a superior room, but when I arrived there was no wardrobe or clothes hangers.

It was incredibly pleasant to find the Sunrise Hotel in Malang. Even in the middle of high season, we still got a reasonable price, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location is convenient, close to Kayutangan and nearby food stalls. Keep up the great service!

Stayed for 2 nights and 2 rooms, because I brought 2 kids. Overall was good, friendly staff, food was ok (had dinner one time in the restaurant). A little bit concerned about cleanliness, some dust at the floor, bathroom, and night lamp (it might be because of less staff). As a budget-friendly hotel, it's considered good compared to other hotels in the same level in another city. Many thanks to all staff, you've been doing a great job...

The staff was very helpful, although the room floors seemed a bit rarely cleaned. But it was still a good option for a quick overnight stay, as it's close to the city center.

Strategic location, newly renovated hotel so it's quite fresh

A previous customer's pants were left in the room, simply tucked under the mattress. When I went to collect my items the next day, they said they weren't there, even though they were clearly in the bathroom.

It was a pleasure staying here, it was close to everywhere and there were lots of places to eat around the hotel.
