A hotel with friendly service, safe, roadside location, and child and family friendly. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I were in Puncak.

The staff are very friendly, they brought me hangers, chairs, and liquid soap refills. This is the second time and they are still friendly, but previously they didn't ask for my ID when I checked in, but now they do.

📌There's no elevator to the 3rd floor, so it's quite suffocating. 📌The bed was the one that disappointed me. The pillowcases and bedcover felt itchy, as if they hadn't been changed because the pillows smelled of someone's sweat. It was really uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep. 📌I should have soundproofing because it was so noisy from passing vehicles.

Superior twin room, the cleanliness of the sheets and bed cover is better than the deluxe double room.

We booked 3 rooms, the deluxe double room had a leaking toilet tap, the bed cover was in a very bad color and shape, there was a lot of dust near the window, the telephone LAN cable was loose, finally we called a technician to install it because the position had to move the head of the bed, the table tissue was empty so we used our own tissue (the next day we asked the person who cleaned the next room).. The taste of the food was so so.. It's a shame if the cleanliness and room facilities were improved, it would be more fun to stay here.. Even though the location is very strategic on the side of the road.. Hopefully in the future Rizen Premiere Hotel can be even better.

Good and good room service

Check in was late, okay, it was explained because there were guests gathering by bus, the room was not clean enough, the bathroom was so slippery I almost slipped, the TV remote didn't work, the food I ordered at the restaurant was only rice and fried noodles, luckily access to places to eat outside was easy.

Security wasn't very welcoming... Everything else was fine, great...

The main thing is that it's really great, I was celebrating our anniversary and I asked the staff to help me make a pair of swan-shaped towels and a love-shaped towel. The staff are very friendly, I really like the breakfast, if I go to Puncak, I will definitely stay here again, it's very close to Cimory and other tourist attractions, it's really great... really.....

The room cannot be locked from the outside, there is limited liquid body wash, the pillow cases look like they have not been changed, the room telephone does not work.

the view from the hotel is not good, the room is not that big, the sound in the room is also not soundproof so you can still hear the sound of motorbikes from outside. the TV can't connect to wifi, the room phone facilities also don't work, there are no teaspoons in the room. the food is delicious, the yellow rice, only the fruit is a little and there are not many choices. for the swimming pool it's good, there is a place for children and a swing, there is a meatball seller there so you can swim and eat meatballs, the meatballs are also delicious. this is just my experience. hopefully this hotel can develop further and improve the conditions that are lacking. the check-in staff are friendly, and the other staff are also friendly and very helpful. thank you...

When I arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready, there were lots of spots on the blanket, the blanket had holes, the bathroom water kept dripping, hopefully it will be better in the future, the staff are friendly, all nice, only the cleanliness needs to be improved🙏
