The hotel staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, friendly and full of smiles. I arrived with my suitcase and was helped to my room. Thank you to the staff members, Dimas and Ferdi, for helping me immensely.

The staff on duty when I checked in was very unfriendly. The room I stayed in had cockroaches, and the floor was greasy, as if it had never been mopped. There were many small insects in the bathroom. The bottled water in my room was not refilled until the night before I checked out.

quiet location, comfortable, good and friendly staff... clean room, small TV and black TV screen, maybe the LCD TV is broken... The strange thing is the water is salty (shower and sink) I don't know if it's distilled sea water or other factors... So I want to brush my teeth I buy Aqua outside...

strategic location, friendly service, unfortunately check in time was already 5 pm the room was not ready. Room cleanliness was so-so maybe because it was not occupied for a long time.

the price is ok... but when checking in, they said the hotel policy is to wait until 3 pm. waited a long time to get a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cold. had to move rooms with a drum first. the angry ones were disappointed... finally there were gentlemen who quickly helped... please speed up the check in time and make it as simple as possible...

Recommended when in Bali. Near spa and massage places, near Mall Bali Galeria, near delicious chicken noodle and meatball places, walkable. The staff are friendly and kind. The Kanjeng is getting more successful.

Facilities, clean rooms, close location

even though I only stayed for 1 night and waited for some time to check in (yes this is still understandable because the atmosphere approaching the new year almost every hotel is full), I saw the hotel atmosphere is quite good, suitable for family vacation accommodation, with friends or alone, besides the atmosphere the hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful, this hotel also has a restaurant, a cafe to hang out, can also be used for business purposes, the location is very strategic easy to several tourist attractions and transportation routes are easy to reach

I stayed there for 3 days, the AC didn't work, the water didn't work, and even upgrading had to be paid in full. It was the same as buying a new room. I don't recommend it.

The hotel atmosphere is "singup" they say there is hot water, in fact not all rooms have hot water. There are still mosquitoes in the room, annoying. The point is, like we buy goods online, the goods that arrive are not as shown in the advertisement picture, around the hotel there are also no alternative restaurants for dinner. While the restaurant only provides 2 menus. Fried rice and fried noodles only. The price we pay is not comparable to what we receive. The hotel crew also still needs to learn more to be more alert in serving guests who stay. There is no internal telephone in the room, even though it is a deluxe room.

Every Bali service I always stay here. The rooms are okay clean and comfortable. Want the same room every breakfast menu perfunctory or improvised more precisely. The hope is that there will be improvements in the future.
