The room was good, as expected. There was a kitchen, suitable for cooking, but the equipment was incomplete. Bringing children was charged 100,000 IDR per person/day, which is very expensive compared to the usual 50,000 IDR. The receptionist was quick, friendly, and helpful. However, the hotel's charging policy is too expensive.

I stayed here for two nights, December 15-18, 2025, in a Victoria room.
The room was clean, and there was a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel area is comfortable and quiet, making it suitable for family vacations or business trips because it is close to the city center. Access is also easy.
There are many minimarkets and restaurants in front of the hotel.
I will stay here again when I visit Denpasar.

A very nice hotel. The atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. The rooms are clean, and there's a separate kitchen. If I go to Denpasar again, I'll stay here again.

Parking is right in front of your room, so you don't have to go through the lobby.
The hotel is quite clean, but the room cleanliness could be improved.
Yesterday, there was a small AC leak and a technician was immediately called in.
I always stay at this hotel.
