Excellent room service, friendly and very responsive, clean room, cold AC, hot water flowing smoothly and delicious breakfast.

Because it is close to the airport and my house, so when I go home to Pontianak, I definitely choose this hotel as my first stopover. I always come here and am always satisfied. But this time there was something not so good, namely the AC in my room, the AC was not cold enough. Every night I had to ask the staff for help (it was uncomfortable) because I had to keep asking for it, asking for a room with a window but the view was a wall 😂 never mind, at least the sun was coming in. Oh, the restaurant is in a different building, so it was quite tiring and troublesome because I had to go to the back building. The rest was all okay, the wifi was fast, the hot water was also smooth.

Although I only rested here for a few hours to wait for the plane, I was quite satisfied with everything. The room was clean, comfortable. The service was good & friendly. In addition, another factor that really made me happy & relieved was because I was allowed to check in early with a very reasonable additional fee.

"Actually it's nice, but the AC in our room is really hot". For the future, please check it for the sake of mutual comfort, we book a cheap hotel, but for a standard price like that, we should also give something decent, especially since AC really affects rest. Thank you

The location is perfect if you need peace and quiet, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the staff is so-so, the breakfast is not varied and is limited.

All the staff, from security guards, restaurant waiters, receptionists are friendly. The food is good, the room is clean. Wi-Fi does not work well.

For food, it is better for visitors to take and choose the menu, not a packaged one.

Kamarnya bagus, tapi sarapannya kurang memuaskan.

Overall si bagus ya. Cuma untuk kebersihan kamar mandi masih kurang, terutama banyak debu ditempat toiletris dan gelas untuk sikat gigi. Staff ramah, kebersihan kamar lumayan. Service sahur nasi kotak jam 2 pagi. Seharusnya bisa disamakan dengan service breakfast. Tks.

The toilet is flooded, the toilet door is locked, you can't enter the toilet, the telephone is dead, mineral water is not provided in the room
