My first time staying here. The hotel is very spacious. It's perfect for family vacations, office getaways, and even large groups, as the facilities are super comprehensive, including a tennis court, fruit picking area, swimming pool, playground, cafe, and more. If you want to explore everything this hotel has to offer, a one-day stay isn't enough. But perhaps the front desk/receptionist could improve a bit. Yesterday, they seemed to have a misunderstanding with the hotel's internal staff. When I tried to rent the court, they said it was full, but when we tried to book the court the next day, we were able to (the court had been empty since morning, but they said it was fully booked). Cleanliness was standard, quite neat, and the room facilities were standard, with amenities and more.

Cool, peaceful, comfortable, and clean. However, on the third floor, I had trouble getting hot water and a flush toilet. I had to call reception twice, which made me feel uncomfortable. But other than that, everything was really comfortable!

The atmosphere is cool, the view from the swimming pool is really nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is still lacking. There are still gecko droppings on the glass window edges, there are no tissues or mini trash cans in the room, so we get our own tissues from the car and put the trash from snacks and other things in a plastic bag. And the wardrobe door is stuck and won't close. Hopefully the hotel will pay more attention.

Booked two rooms; one had soap, the other was forgotten to be refilled. Got upgraded to a triple family room. Unfortunately, my neighbor was smoking on the terrace, and the smoke wafted inside, even though I can't stand cigarette smoke. Overall, the service was good, and the staff were friendly, especially the fruit pickers and the shuttle driver. Top notch!

100/10 I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I originally only booked two nights, but then I added another night. This is truly the perfect hotel for a stay in Batu. The best. It's close to everything. The facilities are excellent. The rooms are very spacious. Cleanliness is guaranteed. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel staff were all friendly, and the view was beautiful, not as scary as people said. However, after Isha prayers, it was very quiet outside the room.

Great. It's just a bit lacking in soundproofing, and outside noise still gets in. When a group of schoolchildren comes in, it can be heard from inside. But overall, it's very comfortable.
