Upon arriving at the inn, I upgraded to a deluxe room for 600,000 Rupiah per night.
For that price, compared to other hotels with similar rates, this room felt pretty basic.
The TV wasn't a smart TV, the in-room phone didn't work, the AC wasn't very cold, the shower didn't have a clear water flow, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Fortunately, the bed was quite comfortable and the sheets were clean, plus there was an ocean view, although it wasn't very visible from the back terrace.
The service was good, friendly, and prompt.
The food was also mediocre, nothing particularly special.

A little advice: Classy hotels are usually more prepared to maintain their quality. Perhaps the service needs to be improved, especially after check-out. The room should be completely sterilized so we don't have to wait another 30 minutes.

The hotel is quite old, the bed frame makes noises, the shower water goes everywhere 😅, booked 2 rooms but the AC is hot, there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, no drinking water is provided in the room. Hopefully it can be better maintained.

The hotel is very good but the service is not very good, I asked for a plate from the male receptionist but was told to get it myself at the restaurant. The glass balcony of the room when I arrived was dirty with handprints and the floor on the balcony was dirty

The first and worst experience to stay in a famous and expensive hotel. The facilities are not in accordance with the money spent. Just come once, don't want to go again..!! Kapookkk
Hot AC!!! Sleeping all night hot, uncomfortable.
The bidet shower water in the toilet smells of the drain. Iyuuuuhhh
The children's side of the pool area, Smells of urine.!!
Breakfast food, not tasty, not suitable for my tongue. Pudding is bland and there is no vla. The cakes are hardyyyy like they've been out for days and are not fit to eat. The meatballs in the tomyam are sooo amiiissss. The fried rice is okay. The chili sauce is super salty for high blood pressure.
Hopefully you guys will improve. People staying at this hotel pay, not for free! Give customers decent facilities. Spending almost 600 thousand / night but the facilities are crap, not sleeping well, not comfortable, what's the point!!

For the staff is friendly, the hotel view is nice directly facing the beach, the only thing lacking is the AC is not cold enough, the bathroom area is clogged, the hand washing sink is a bit clogged. That's the only thing lacking, the rest is good and the hotel room is very spacious. Thank you.
