Always happy to stay here, the atmosphere is calm, not too far from the toll road so there are no traffic jams, my son is very happy

So far, this is my favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my stay at Puncak. The room is clean and not scary, the AC is really cold, the facilities are complete, in my opinion the outdoor area is well-arranged, the swimming pool is really good because it is under the trees so it is not exposed to too much sun. There is only 1 question, is there a ball field that big? If there is not, maybe it can be improved by providing supporting facilities for the sports arena. So far, it is very comfortable, maybe it will be a destination to stay again if I go to Puncak

The receptionist is very friendly and the staff is very helpful, if needed.

quite often come here. until when checking in the receptionist asked ma'am do you often come here? her face is familiar. hehe. will definitely come back again and again. because the location of the hotel is below so it's just right no need to queue in traffic jams. the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious. I chose a room without breakfast, but the next morning at the receptionist I was chosen as the winner of a Christmas gift and was entitled to a free breakfast voucher for 2 persons. thank you for the service during our stay.

a good place to bring the family... kids love it

Salah satu alternatif pilihan tempat liburan dipuncak bogor, tempatnya luas dan nyaman ada kolam renang, lapangan olahraga dan makanannya enak, pesan kamar yang ada 4 ranjang jdnya anak-anak pun bisa tidur nyaman, nextnya mau kesini lagi pastinya.

Sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini, selalu akan kembali lagi. Kamar yang nyaman, kolam renang yang bersih, ac dingin, pelayanan ramah. Makanannya juga enak.

Bakal balik lagi sih, adem dan asri banget suasana nyaman dan tenang. Orangtuaku seneng banget ke sini. Dapet kamar 211 AC dingin kasur 4 tapi sayang wc nya agak bau dan kotor. Rasa sarapan standar, yang enak siomay nya. Kolam renang ga terlalu besar tapi oke.

Christmas staycation sama keluarga di sini puas banget, bawa bayi dan balita semua happy dan room nya super comfy, bersih dan rapi semua, room sesuai deskripsi dan aku request di penuhin semua, staff nyaa okee ramah dan best service, makanannya enak, semua fasilitas oke, will be back soon pokoknya.

We enjoyed our stay at d'agape. All our requests of mountain facing & top floor rooms were fulfilled. Friendly staff, especially the front office, house keeping & technicians. Road access is good & wide, can fit 2 cars. There are children's games, swimming pool, billiard, basketball & futsal court. The hotel is also clean. Recommended hotel. God willing, I will come back again 👍.

Don't expect too much from Wifi. Just die. The mattress was not clean and had spots. Dirty blanket. The first liquid soap came out but when I asked for it it was immediately refilled.

The facilities are quite complete for children. Only the breakfast menu doesn't taste good. My child doesn't want to eat at all. Please improve the quality of the taste
