Please note that our rooms are standard rooms, not suites, so they are modest in size. We have clearly stated that our villas feature private bathrooms with showers only, without bathtubs. If bathtubs were included, the price of our villas would be higher. Regarding mosquitoes, since our living rooms are open, some mosquitoes are inevitable. To help with this, we provide mosquito repellent or spray, which you can request from our staff at any time. We also apologize if you felt our staff was unfriendly. Our team members have limited English proficiency, so when guests have requests that are unclear, they often contact our manager to ensure effective communication and avoid misunderstandings.
