The hotel was really nice and comfortable, so much so that my husband and I slept all the time because we just wanted to rest. It was just a shame that the sheets were covered in brown stains, maybe blood or something else? Sigh. But overall, the service was friendly.

Even though I checked in at 2:30 in the morning, the staff treated me with respect....also when I missed a document, the staff immediately informed me and kept the document until I picked it up...thank you sir

The hotel is clean, has complete facilities and makes you very comfortable.

Many of the access roads to the hotel are damaged, but the rest is okay.

The room was clean, no ants were visible. The bed, pillows, and blankets were clean and didn't smell musty. Hot water was available. A hairdryer was provided. There was a mini-fridge, but it wasn't very cold. The atmosphere was quiet and quiet, except for the occasional sound of something being dragged, possibly a suitcase. Before checking in, we tried the swimming pool (paid separately) and got some fried rice and fried noodles. The fried rice was okay, but the fried noodles were like instant noodles with a lot of filling.

We stayed here because we had a 3 AM flight from CGK, to shower and have a place to sleep. The hotel is not new but is well maintained. The room and shower were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant food was actually quite good, if highly priced. They have Indonesian, Chinese, and European options. The staff were helpful and the stay overall was good. If you need a full-service hotel near the airport, this is a good choice.
