I was really disappointed and quite annoyed with room 310. It felt very different from my previous experience. 🚿 Bathroom shower: The water didn't flow smoothly, making it quite annoying when showering. 🚽 Bathroom exhaust fan: It looked very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. 📺 TV: Broken and unusable. I hope the hotel pays more attention to cleanliness, checking, and maintaining the room facilities before rooms are released. Hopefully, this kind of incident won't happen again, as it's a shame that a hotel that is usually comfortable has provided such a less than pleasant experience this time.

The staff is friendly but not overly so. Access is good, the rooms are comfortable, and there's a refrigerator and internet TV.

The only downside is the staff, who have a bad attitude and aren't very friendly, especially those at the reception. Overall, the food is just so-so, nothing special. And please correct the vegetables, especially the broccoli, which is salty.
