Hotel with complete public facilities close to the city center and campus

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check in.

Heritage hotel but very well maintained, strategic location in the center of Yogya city, staff are also quite friendly, for the room although not too spacious but quite clean, for breakfast outside 2 pax there is a charge of 80k for my child, unfortunately even though it is additional but the menu is not child friendly.

What I didn't like: - There was only one glass in the room - There was no mouthwash cup in the bathroom - There was no hair dryer - Otherwise, overall, it was okay

The towel is a little musty or doesn't smell good.

The service is friendly, and the place is also nice, my child didn't want to go home.

The hotel staff are friendly, always smiling and greeting. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a delicious welcome drink, ginger tea. The service is excellent. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are changed. The room is comfortable, and most importantly, it's a very peaceful stay. Laundry is also available. Breakfast is very varied and generally delicious. Sometimes they even offer herbal drinks, which I really like 😍 There are cafes, massage parlors, and food options around the hotel. Walking around the hotel complex is very relaxing. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay at Sagan Heritage Hotel. Thank you very much. Next time I'm in Yogyakarta, I'll definitely come back to this hotel again 🥰

The staff are friendly and helpful, starting from the security at the front to the customer service. Yesterday I got a room downstairs and it had a bathtub, but the bathroom door was a bit problematic, but it wasn't too crucial.

Our four-night stay during the Christmas and New Year holidays was truly enjoyable. The deluxe room facilities are perfect for a family. Thank you to all the staff on duty. Success to Sagan Hotel.

In terms of location, this hotel is comfortable, not too close to the crowds, and the surrounding area is beautiful with lots of trees. Furthermore, the service is excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the security guard, and the receptionist was also friendly and detailed in their explanations. The staff were also very friendly, always smiling, both in the lounge and the restaurant. I received excellent service throughout my stay.

Sagan is very comfortable, modern, clean, and the kids love it. Convenient environment, easy car access. Close to everything in the city center. Close to Gudeg Sagan.

The rooms are clean, the kids' pool is clean, the breakfast is varied, and the kids loved it. If I go back to Jogja, I'll definitely stay here again 🥰
