It was a long weekend in Jogja again. You know hotel prices in Jogja are sky-high. I checked the reservation through the app and got a price of around 720. When I checked in, the room was upgraded to a family room. It's very spacious, can accommodate 4 people. The staff is so friendly, like my own neighbors. Next time I want to come here again, I plan to go on assignment to Jogja from May 18th to 22nd. Hopefully I can get a more friendly price. Love you Traveloka and Sagan Heritage.

The rooms and hotel grounds were clean, but upon arrival, the front yard was being renovated, making entry a bit difficult. The hotel staff was limited, so it took a while to get help or information. The breakfast menu was quite varied, but it took a long time to refill.

The staff are friendly.... The hotel is comfortable to get in and out of... The room is comfortable for sleeping at night because the lights are dim but on the other hand it is very dark... The bed is quite hard... The TV broadcast is still old school.. Overall it is comfortable but...

The room was hot. The AC wasn't cold at all, it was even colder outside. My son, who was staying, didn't dare to protest. He complained once and was told it would be fixed, but it was still hot. He couldn't sleep because it was so hot. I REGRET IT. If I had known I'd looked for another hotel. I stayed there for 3 days before the UTBK (Competitive Test) because it was close to UGM, so I could study comfortably, but he failed. On the day of the exam, he was weak because he couldn't sleep.
