Very friendly staff. Close to the city center. The bathroom just needs a glass partition between the shower and toilet.

I had a very comfortable stay here. The staff was very friendly and the security guard quickly helped with directions to the parking lot. The check-in process was also fast. I booked a deluxe room, which included amenities, tea and coffee, a comfortable, clean, and cool room, and hot water for showering. I also tried the breakfast, everything was delicious, from the rice to the desserts. The hotel is strategically located, close to the town square and Kayutangan, just a short walk away. Thank you, I will return if I ever vacation in Malang.

The staff is very helpful regarding check-in and check-out, your belongings are safe to leave and can be left at the reception if you are leaving for a long time and are worried that it will be past check-out time when you return.

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel's cleanliness is very poor: - The room was full of mosquitoes, - The bathroom was dirty and full of worms, - The bed made a lot of noise, making it a bit scary to sleep on it. The breakfast was decent, with a lot of variety, but the taste was lacking.

The room is really nice, next time I go to Malang I will stay here again.💗

The check-in process took a while, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned before guests arrived. They only gave one towel for two people. The shower water sometimes clogged. The staff were friendly and okay.

The hotel's most standard room is cramped, likely because it's for transit. It's located at the back of the second floor. The ventilation is obstructive, allowing drafts to enter. However, the Heritage Hotel's ambiance is very strong and inviting.

I prefer a room that is close to the lobby area and not the one behind the corridor, the room is clean and the roomboy service staff is very nice and helpful, but the female receptionist is not very friendly and not pleasant. Please pay attention when welcoming guests.
