It's really close if you want to go anywhere, right in the middle of the city.

First time check-in, waiting approximately 5-10 minutes for the room to be prepared on the 2nd floor, room 206, corner. At 4 PM, after an afternoon shower, we experienced a disaster: the water tank/tap outside our room was flooding and entered the room. Of course, we immediately reported it to the staff downstairs to be checked, and thankfully they moved quickly to clean up the water. The water spread to the outer yard of the room, with room 206 being the most affected. By 5:30 PM, the room was finished being cleaned and was dry, but still damp from the flood. For the room price, getting AC and a hot shower is okay. The staff's friendliness was also helpful from the beginning until checkout, even though it was midnight because we were rushing for travel. Hopefully, this can be a point of evaluation for the future.

Strategic location in a busy area, friendly staff, but the room wasn't soundproof. Had to change rooms because the floor was leaking water. Cleanliness was poor, food was infested with ants, and the bathroom smelled. Needs further improvement to improve room comfort.

Followed the directions, but it led to another hotel. It took me an 8-minute walk to reach the correct hotel.

Riche Hotel is highly recommended, near Malang City Square, next to Kayutangan Heritage. All the staff are friendly, from security, reception, and restaurant. I brought my family for a four-night stay at the end of July 2026. My husband, in-laws, and toddler were delighted.

It's located in the city center, near the town square. It's close to Kayutangan. It's a great place for a staycation. The food is delicious and varied.

Strategic location, even though it's in front of a busy hotel, the noise is muffled. The bathroom needs attention, as I'm afraid of cockroaches, and I'm a bit paranoid about the smell 😱. As for the rest, from the receptionist, security, and staff, everyone is friendly 🥰.

The location is comfortable and strategic, but check-in is at 2:00 PM, which is a bit late. I recommend checking in at 1:00 PM and checking out at 1:00 PM, so you can truly enjoy a 24-hour stay.

Sorry to say, the hotel was incredibly dirty. I booked a superior room for around 340 rupiah, but the floor was dirty, the bedcover looked like it hadn't been changed, the pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed, and the sheets were the same. I didn't expect a superior room, but I got a room with a dirty floor and everything about the bed looked like it hadn't been changed. There were no facial tissues, only a roll of toilet paper. The soap provided in the bathroom wasn't refilled, and it was almost empty. The chairs and table were also dirty, and the room was dark and not soundproof. The breakfast spoons and forks were mostly dusty, and there were no tissues on the table. The only plus point is that it's close to the city center. Cleanliness needs to be improved, as I think it's number one.
