Staying at Riche for the third time. Once a year I definitely go to Malang and come back to Riche. See you next year. For the content creators who participated in advertising Riche, please just inform me that Riche Smart TVs don't include free Netflix. This fact and reality is what made me angry last year, because in 2024 I got a room that happened to actually be able to access Netflix until I checked out. Meanwhile, in 2025 I couldn't access Netflix for free, aka had to use a personal account. Obviously, I was angry with the manager, especially since the manager said it was the owner who last stayed in the room. So, I automatically said to try calling the owner. I was even more annoyed because I had already checked in early at 12 noon and paid 25% of the booking fee, but in fact I couldn't enjoy my room until 4 pm. But that's okay, I'm very grateful because the staff and manager were very supportive and responsible, thank you for acknowledging that there had been misinformation in my previous stay experience and errors in the advertising. Finally, I got a complimentary orange juice and free Netflix until checkout. And this year, I'm back, and the manager is still there and he's still there. Stay healthy, sir, hehehe. And I logged in using my personal account to watch Netflix on Riche this year, hehehe.

The room I was given was uncomfortable because the electricity frequently went out, even though the card hadn't been removed. I had to get up three or four times each night to turn the power back on. Other than that, everything was fine, with friendly and satisfactory service. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to tourist attractions, culinary delights, shopping, and more.

It's really close if you want to go anywhere, right in the middle of the city.

First time check-in, waiting approximately 5-10 minutes for the room to be prepared on the 2nd floor, room 206, corner. At 4 PM, after an afternoon shower, we experienced a disaster: the water tank/tap outside our room was flooding and entered the room. Of course, we immediately reported it to the staff downstairs to be checked, and thankfully they moved quickly to clean up the water. The water spread to the outer yard of the room, with room 206 being the most affected. By 5:30 PM, the room was finished being cleaned and was dry, but still damp from the flood. For the room price, getting AC and a hot shower is okay. The staff's friendliness was also helpful from the beginning until checkout, even though it was midnight because we were rushing for travel. Hopefully, this can be a point of evaluation for the future.

Strategic location in a busy area, friendly staff, but the room wasn't soundproof. Had to change rooms because the floor was leaking water. Cleanliness was poor, food was infested with ants, and the bathroom smelled. Needs further improvement to improve room comfort.

Followed the directions, but it led to another hotel. It took me an 8-minute walk to reach the correct hotel.

Riche Hotel is highly recommended, near Malang City Square, next to Kayutangan Heritage. All the staff are friendly, from security, reception, and restaurant. I brought my family for a four-night stay at the end of July 2026. My husband, in-laws, and toddler were delighted.
