it is a good hotel to stay. the room is clean, and the service is awesome. they just need improvement in their food.

Check in at 6 pm, along the way we were treated to thick fog, because we passed the peak pass and it was raining too, it was cold when we got there, I woke up early and it was 18°C, the facilities were okay, clean, fragrant, not damp, complete amenities

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel, even though there is no swimming pool, the children were still happy because there is a large playground, the night air is very cool.. the hotel is not scary, sleep is quite sound.. I recommend coming back again

My motorbike was parked near the entrance (at night or when the motorbike parking lot is full, this location is used as an additional parking lot, it doesn't block the road, it doesn't interfere with access to the hotel at all) the conditions on December 25th around 13.30 were raining, so I decided to temporarily park near the hotel door because the road from the motorbike parking lot to the hotel was quite far and rocky, the plan was to move the motorbike to the motorbike parking area when I went out for dinner, but I was WA'd at 13.47 and 16.02, then 4 times I was called to the room (I didn't pick up because I was resting), it was very disturbing, please think about not disturbing the customer's comfort next time, this is not my first time at Casa Monte, but this time I felt very uncomfortable

Perfect for a getaway. The price is reasonable. The hotel isn't new, but it's very clean. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is okay, and the back terrace offers a great view of the garden. The air is already cool without air conditioning.

Very good. For the price of 400k, this hotel is really great. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the equipment and supplies are also clean. You can get a direct view of the mountain too. Even though there is no AC, you really don't feel hot because it is so cool. There are no mosquitoes even though there are lots of trees. I will come back here again. Besttt 🫶

The place is cool even though there is no AC, but unfortunately there is no swimming pool, bringing children makes it less fun, hopefully next time there will be a swimming pool
