The hotel staff is friendly, the room service is okay, the breakfast is varied. The downside is that the room is not soundproof and children under 11 years old who are taller than 100cm are charged half the price for breakfast.

The room is comfortable but noisy because it is not soundproof, there are always lots of ants in the tea and coffee making area. Please note that it should be sprayed with ant killer so that we don't put food and drinks in contact with ants/insects. The hot water in the bathroom doesn't work properly and the tap leaks.

Entering the room, there was only 1 glass in the toilet (there should be 2). When checking out, I was stopped because I was looking for a glass, even though there wasn't one from the start, so the situation was uncomfortable.. 😢
