The staff is incredibly friendly. Every corner of the hotel is decorated with beautiful paintings. It's very close to Jalan Tunjungan.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Close to the city, close to restaurants, Tunjungan Mall, and BG Junction. Check-in was fast, and the staff were all friendly. I'll definitely be back if I'm on holiday in Surabaya. Hopefully, there will be lots of promotions.

Just A Heads Up For Your Information The room are clean / tidy. The only that matters me was 2 points . the bedframe was bigger than the mattress, almost most of the time i wanted to go to the window my feet always hit the frame which cause an injury. . TV channel some are not available

Hotel in the city center, close to everywhere to find food

Arrived at 12:30 with the intention of leaving my luggage first, but it turned out I could check in straight away. All the staff were friendly, only the front desk officer was not very responsive in helping open the door even though there were mothers struggling with their children. The location is very strategic, right, left and across from many delicious places to eat. The room curtains are without voile curtains so if you want to raise the curtains in the morning it is not pleasant to see from outside, but if they are closed it makes it gloomy. The location is close to Ps. Turi station. Recommended

All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. There are plenty of delicious food options around the hotel. It's also close to Gubeng Station.
