The second time staying was honestly disappointing, it wasn't like the other reviews or on Gmap which was too gimmick. What I felt the first time I got a room on the 2nd floor, with an AC that couldn't be adjusted/remotely at the reception desk, the receptionist also seemed less than friendly. The atmosphere in the room was noisy, the sound of the AC compressor was clearly noisy. The second time I got a room on the 3rd floor, the AC had a remote but the remote couldn't connect to the AC, if it was only cold what I was looking for was indeed cold, but I wasn't comfortable because I had a toothache. The noise was still the same, this time I didn't get a towel (the first time I got it even though it was minimal). On this second voucher, I got breakfast, unfortunately the receptionist just called at 8 o'clock and said he wanted to bring me breakfast even though I had already arrived at the office, how come it wasn't told at the beginning of check-in? On the second day, breakfast was not given, nor was it delivered.
