Nice citylight view from the room, complete facilities, booked two rooms, 6th floor comfortable clean smoke-free kids friendly, unfortunately on the 7th floor got a room that still smelled of cigarettes, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. A little uncomfortable. But oh well.

The staff service was excellent, and we got free valet parking when the parking lot was full. The only thing missing was the central air conditioning, which I found to be unevenly cooling.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is satisfactory, the swimming pool is available, free breakfast, Wi-Fi support, free juice drinks, a complete tool kit in the room is available, the view of the city of Bandung Setiabudi is very beautiful. Thank you

Check-in and check-out were quick. The room was as requested, didn't smell of cigarettes, and was quite large.
The room's layout was good.
The toilet lacked a jet shower. The shampoo and shower gel were also runny and didn't lather well, making them less usable.
Because we were on the 6th floor, even though it was on the street, it wasn't noisy.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here.

The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the room was quite spacious, but the bathroom lacked a faucet for Muslim ablution. The swimming pool was very small. Breakfast wasn't served in the restaurant but delivered to the room, so the menu was limited. I asked for water, but it wasn't given until I checked out, claiming I had to pay, even though breakfast should have included water. This was my first and last stay at this hotel.

My family and I stayed for two nights. I rented two standard-sized rooms, and they were very spacious. The hotel was quite nice, clean, and the service was friendly. The food was tasty and varied, not bad.

The hotel is nice, but the bathroom is quite moldy, as if it has been smelling for a long time, and the hotel pillows are so hard that I don't even use a pillow to sleep.
