The location is super strategic, right in front of the hotel is a burger shop and close to all the viral places, the atmosphere in the room is okay but unfortunately when checking in it was a bit long and when I wanted to do a spa, I skipped it.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr nett, es gab keine Beschwerden von den Mitarbeitern. Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr nah am Strand und Einkaufsstrasse.
Klimaanlage war defekt, wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Massage war gut, Preis war angemessen. Dusche war verkalkt. Frühstück war leider einbisschen wenig, da kein Buffet war. Aber das Essen war sehr gut präsentiert.

The employees are top, soft mattress, good ala carte breakfast, free foot massage for 15 minutes. The lack of WiFi is just unstable for work because of reconnecting and the air conditioner isn't cold enough, but it is true that when I come here, Bali is getting hotter. Overall okay!

I reached around 5 pm. and the room was not ready. they took almost 30 minutes to get the room ready. staffs are quite rude.

Plans want to stay 2 malem but it's only 1 malem gara-gara have to rush back jakarta. So far okay, just check in time it's a bit old but tolerable can wait while free foot massage on the 2nd floor. So far all okay except the usual breakfast and employees at the breakfast place is less polite and somewhat judes, very different service compared to the tourists ahead of us

Check in wasn't smooth - noisy - reconstruction - no privacy - staff are checking you out at the pool - including taking behind your back in there own language - my money got stolen (from money changer across the street) - very bad experience - loud music - nothing but peaceful - as well as the gym - impossible to call it a gym - dirty (!!!!) all equipment broken - never again!!!!
