(+) Strategic (close to gas station, Superindo supermarket & Poncol Train Station), affordable room rates, refillable drinking water in the lobby, in the room (hot shower, 2 towels, a mat, 2 bottles of drinking water, a table & chair, a Qibla indicator, a mouthwash glass, clothes hangers), friendly receptionists (-) Access to the 2nd & 3rd floors is only available by stairs, room 123 has a weak aircon & no breeze, the door latch has no handle, inside bedroom only 1 light & it's blocked by a partition, the blanket smells musty, slippery bathroom floor
