There are 4 of us, my wife, and 2 children. I always stay in the junior suite room... spacious... clean, comfortable... cold AC... clean and spacious bathroom... secure parking... the location is close to everywhere... spring rolls, soto, etc.

Cheap hotel but facilities and others are not cheap

Cheap price but comfort and other things are not cheap.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, my suggestion is to change the water place to one that can boil its own water.

The ordering process is not complicated and responsive, assisted and given options, also friendly, thank you.

clean room, friendly service, very helpful staff, easy access, jajara. culinary along the street in front of the hotel. this is the 4th time staying at this hotel and very satisfied. thank you very much quirin 🫶🏻

Just improvements in cleanliness, everything else makes sense.

You have to pay for towels again, that's strange and new in this hotel, you have to rent towels.

no mineral water, only tea bags with sugar and thermos provided. so can't drink. the availability of facilities is very lacking.

The mainstay if you are on a trip to Semarang with your wife and children. Family-friendly hotel, the rooms are soundproof, safe, clean, and quiet. Security is also friendly.

Still the same as before. Nothing has changed. Needs to be improved especially the cleanliness of the room (don't smell of cigarettes)

Overall is OK with the price, but the communication between worker, I was asked what time I want to eat, but they knock my door way earlier

Hi sis, yesterday I got room number 215.. I want to give some input: 1. There are 3 sockets (bathroom, under TV & behind TV) yesterday the only one that could be used was 1 behind the TV, the rest couldn't be used 🙏 2. I don't know if there was a miscommunication / how when my mother asked if there was an elevator / not the receptionist said there wasn't, when I got there the security guard said it was still under maintenance. Just a suggestion if the elevator can't be used at least someone helps us carry our suitcases to the room on the 2nd floor / to the receptionist when we want to check out because yesterday they said no one could help ☺️🙏

Well maintained old hotel. The room & bathroom are clean, breakfast is delivered to the room, the menu and taste are okay. The staff are friendly & responsive. Quite close to Paragon City & Queen City Mall. If you want to jog to the old city, it's still okay.
