The hotel is quite comfortable, the staff/receptionists are very friendly. There are many food stalls around the hotel, and the hotel parking area is also spacious.

It would be better if the front area of the room was carpeted because if it was directly on the floor, it would look dirty. It would be more appropriate to call it a 2-star hotel than a 3-star hotel.

There is a TV facility but the TV cannot be used. I have asked the receptionist for help twice but no action has been taken. I have chatted but there has been no response from the hotel staff.

The hotel is quite strategic, the service is friendly, the car is cleaned at night, the food is quite good. The hotel is also clean.

It would be better if there were lift facilities, so that it would be more comfortable for all visitors.

As per the previous review, the parking lot is quite narrow for large cars. When there are a lot of visitors, it is quite difficult to park. It is better for large cars to enter with the rear first so that the head is outside to make it easier to get out.

The staff is friendly. For the room is not soundproof enough, I upgraded to a triple room for an additional 100k, for a triple room it's quite good for sleeping although not soundly because the mattress springs are felt. There is no heating thermos or tea only mineral water, for towels it's better to bring your own because the towels are dirty because the color is no longer white.

Got an 'old' but clean room, the hotel location is quite close to the old city and Simpang Lima, friendly service, laundry is also quite cheap.

Romo Deluxe, tidak ada teko air minum (Buat masak air), tidak Telphone di kamar, TV nya sempat rusak. Tidak ada lift buat naik lantai 3. Makanan tidak lengkap (tidak ada telur untuk di omlet atau lainnya) Kamar nya kurang dibersihkan.

Dulu hotel ini walau bintang 3 tp bagus waktu saya kecil (95-2000an), terakhir tahun 2018 menginap masih lumayan lah walau lebih kurang ada kekurangan interior dan meubel yang mulai menua, tp sepertinya pengelolaan dan revitalisasi (rejuvenate) property, gedung, interior dan lain-lain terlihat kurang terawat seperti hotel yang kurang suntikan dana segar. Saran saya sih jika memang cashflownya minus terus, lebih baik di jual ke pengembang lain yang lebih proper dan punya financial yang healthy. Padahal dulu itu menu nasi goreng Muria paling enak jadi favorit dari nasi goreng yang pernah saya makan.

Hotel bintang 3? Tidak punya lift, air shower tidak mengalir, teko buat bikin kopi tidak ada, TV tidak ada gambarnya, atap bocor sampai pindah kamar 3 kali waktu mau check in sudah 2 orang tamu check out pindah hotel. Kesimpulan jangan booking anda akan tertipu dengan penanpilan di gambar di aplikasi aslinya ini standar melati.

The hotel is good, according to our expectations for a 2 star hotel, the breakfast menu is quite complete, and the price is affordable. Suggestion: needs renovation to repair window locks.
