The place is very comfortable, clean, good facilities, will definitely come back again.

cheap price, location next to javamall, near minimarket, market, strategic in essence. for motorbike parking there is stagnant water and there is no roof cover so it is exposed to rain & heat. the apartment lobby itself is on the 19th floor in the hallway of the rooms. must show ID, and can choose to deposit 100 thousand or leave the ID to be taken at checkout. the room is spacious, induction stove can be used, AC is not cold, wifi can but slow, can smoke in the room, the bathroom shower uses a head shower. spoons and plates are provided, there is tea coffee, there is also a refrigerator. indeed complete the drawback is if at night 'singup', then when I stayed the night the TV was having trouble so it couldn't be used, even though it was fixed at 3 pm but that night it broke down again. the staff is friendly, only that night he couldn't fix the TV because he was not a technician but a receptionist.
