It's a shame that 3 people were charged 100 thousand rupiah, but they didn't give any additional bed... There were no sandals, soap, etc., the towels were also dirty...

Our room's floor was wooden and dirty, the toilet was unfit for a hotel, the room wasn't soundproof, and the hotel was located in a narrow alley, so the view wasn't great. Two of the lights in our room were out, and there wasn't a mirror.

A hotel with friendly prices and located close to Gili Trawangan port.

It was fun to spend the night here with my family, the staff were all very friendly, very helpful. The distance to the harbor is also not far. Please provide a shower like most hotels in Kuta, Bali, so that before entering the hotel you can rinse off after playing in the sand or swimming on the beach 🤗🌞🏝️

The location is very excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful, but there is a noisy DJ until late. I suggest changing the floor towels to a color other than white, such as gray or other. The hotel needs maintenance and paint. There is no hot water. I stayed for 8 days

If for a strategic and comfortable location, but maybe what needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the bathroom, otherwise it's okay, highly recommended for those on vacation to Gili Trawangan. Thank you Gili Sands Hotel & Bar

Even though I had said since the first time I arrived that the pool was dirty, the staff said yes, yes, they would vacuum it later, but until I checked out it wasn't cleaned huhu, what a shame.

The best thing is the direct view of the beach. Very happy to stay here. The atmosphere of the hotel and beach is comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. There was a slight issue regarding the cleanliness of the room but it was immediately handled promptly by the staff.

For the hotel is close to the pier so it is easy to reach by foot. But the condition of some facilities in the hotel is a bit outdated. The staff is friendly and responsive.

The hotel is very close to the pier, just walking distance, but for the condition of the room there is a leak, the bathroom is crusty, the service is lacking, asking for anything takes a long time, there is no coffee or tea provided in the room, only mineral water and you have to ask for it first before it is given because we are staying for more than a day, for future input, improve the condition of the room and bathroom to make it more comfortable because the location is already very good

It's definitely close to the port, so that's a plus. But the hygiene. Yeah, no. But I guess it's fair for the price. Recommended for: party goers. Don't go here if you are not looking to party. It's loud as f*.
