Initially I was informed by Traveloka that I was transferred to the Grand Citra by Life Hotel. After I checked in at the Grand Citra, the receptionist informed me that there was no confirmation from the Empress Hotel that I had been transferred, so I went back to check in at the Empress Hotel. The bathroom was very bad, the floor drain was clogged, the toilet was clogged, so I couldn't defecate.
