Actually, there is no complaint, but in the last few days, there were small mice in the room and my food was eaten by mice.

It always feels like coming home. Comfortable and safe. I'll always be a regular customer and the number one choice I recommend to my friends when they're in Bali.

My two nights here were really enjoyable. It's close to everything. The bathroom and bed were clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. By the way, if you need to rent a motorbike or do laundry, you can contact the hotel staff. 👍

A hotel that fits our pocket, when pocket money is tight, can be an option. The room is clean, but the bathroom has no capstok, using a bamboo ladder but it is dirty. The kitchen is also a bit stuffy.

The most noticeable thing after trying several hotels priced around 200. At Mansu, the staff is very friendly, they are quick to respond when we need help lifting our suitcases without being asked first. The refrigerator in the room doesn't work. But overall, it's worth it for the price of around 200.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, close to key attractions and easy to access. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I appreciated the 24-hour services, which added to the convenience. The room was clean and the environment cozy, perfect for relaxing. One big plus: it was quiet, so I slept well. The only downside was the Wi-Fi speed, which was a bit slow at times—something that could be improved. Overall, a solid choice and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I was hoping for a buffet breakfast, but it turned out that I could only order 1 menu because there were not 14 rooms staying... well, what can I do... but the breakfast menu was ok, enough for breakfast.
