The AC was not working and was replaced with a portable AC. We were not allowed to move rooms. A pleasant experience.

The staff is nice and safe. But I think the facilities are a bit lacking. The facilities are complete, but the shower is rusty and shabby. The room is also very small and can't be used for prayer. The window can't be closed completely. The facilities are complete, but I don't think it's comfortable. The lighting is also dark. Maybe it needs to be improved.

For the room: AC is ok, hot water is ok, clean and comfortable. Easy to find food, near supermarket. Got a room on the 3rd floor, hotel wifi is slow. But it's ok, the important thing is you can sleep soundly.

I am very disappointed with the valley parking service or security because I left a box of cigarettes in the car and it was lost the next day. I also left a project vest with money tucked into the vest pocket and it was also lost. It is not safe to leave the car key at the security or valley parking at the Luxpoint Hotel. I thought it was safe and could look after each other, but it turned out to be beyond our expectations. I only had one staycation there.

Regarding Mrs. Dhiny's report, we have investigated further and conducted a check via CCTV. However, we did not find any actions taken by our officers as Mrs. Dhiny conveyed. Through the card received by guests before leaving the vehicle keys to the officer, we as management have appealed to guests not to leave their STNK along with any valuables in any form in the vehicle to avoid unwanted things.
