The place is clean and comfortable, the location is strategic, the facilities are quite complete, and the receptionist is very friendly. It would be even more comfortable if the smoking area could be moved to the back so guests arriving to check in wouldn't be immediately greeted by the smell of cigarettes. But otherwise, it was very satisfying.

The room was quite clean, the bathroom was spacious, and there was hot water. Breakfast wasn't included when booking, but once you arrive, you can have breakfast, even if it's just bread and coffee. It's also close to Klojen Market, where there are plenty of street food stalls and coffee shops.

The staff are friendly but there is only one room cleanliness is a bit lacking if necessary do pest control once a month because in my deluxe room near the reception there is 1 small cockroach.
