The service was less than satisfactory, but the room was clean and small. I asked for one facing the street, but was given one with a window facing the wall.

The staff is very friendly, and very nice.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The receptionist was a bit unfriendly on the morning shift, only one person. We asked for an extra key, but they refused to give it to us even though we were staying for three nights. But when the shift changed, I tried to ask for another one, and they gave it to me. The other staff were all nice, except for one receptionist who was unfriendly. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future, and this hotel is actually my regular when I return to Padang.
