The AC in the room was no longer working, and the quality was also unfit for use. The toilet didn't smell good, and there was no air freshener. The staff at check-in were rude even though I asked them nicely.

I was unlucky enough to get a room with a cockroach on the coffee table. And there were three in the bathroom. It was so ticklish, but what could I do? The staff was friendly, so I reported it and they sprayed it again that afternoon. But the cockroaches were still visible. Oh well.
