Yesterday I got a room that was not good, and dirty. The AC was not cold at all, it felt like I didn't use AC in the room. Not to mention the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was dirty. I think things like that need to be changed. For the location and food, it is highly recommended, but for the facilities and cleanliness, I'm sorry, it is still very lacking. Hopefully the AC and toilet can be exchanged too. Thank you.

The only friendly ones were the security guards, they even gave directions on parking and helped carry stuff. The FO staff were flat, no eye contact, luckily it was only for a day, no more than that.
