Upon entering the room, I had a problem with the TV remote, but after contacting the receptionist, they responded immediately. I was not disappointed with my stay here. Anyone wanting to go to the mall or attend a religious study at Blok M Square is just a short walk across the street. The location is very strategic and the service is excellent, very satisfying.

It's delicious, strategically located near the culinary center, so you can find plenty of food just by walking. The hotel area is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Simply the best.

The hotel is close to the Blok M shopping and culinary center. There is a small suggestion in the bathroom to renovate the bathroom floor because the water flow is not smooth due to the insufficient slope to the drain hole.

It's just not soundproof enough, you can hear sounds from the next room and sounds from above like there are animals running around on the ceiling.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice, the room was clean, and the kids loved it. There was a cupcake decorating activity at breakfast. It was fun.
