Close to Kuto Besak Fort

The bathroom was pretty dirty for an old hotel, the towels were stained, the elevator was broken, the toilet spray didn't work, the room lock was stuck, and there wasn't much variety in the food. For the price, it's still not enough. The only things that helped were the Wi-Fi, the refrigerator, and the proximity to the Grand Mosque.

Suitable for those who are looking for accommodation in Palembang, especially in the city center.

Old hotel, everything is old-fashioned, the sheets are cream colored, not white, so it feels very old, and the building is damaged, but they are currently under renovation, so hopefully it will be better in the future. The price is very cheap, so it's appropriate.

I hope it will be improved in the future.

The room on the 1st floor was less comfortable because it smelled musty and damp even though the AC was on, the bed made a creaking sound / one of the bed legs was stuck, the sheets and pillows smelled bad, etc.

It was very satisfying to stay at this hotel.

Worth it for the price, comfortable and close to the city center

Second stay here for work, for a night. Chosen because its location, near speed boat dock to Baung. Stored my baggage in their office in the morning, went to Baung, and had a late check in. Superb service from Miss Riska, a pretty receptionist. Pick room without breakfast. Hot shower, AC, and TV worked normally. Drinking water available from an outside dispenser. Only a refrigerator is not working, just take it out from the room, please. Fresh and clean bed sheet and a towel already prepared during entering room. Nothing asked for more from a room that kind of rate. A repeat order next time here? Sure!

The bathroom smells steamy and the sheets on the bed look like they haven't been washed, the water heater is starting to not work properly, you have to wait a few minutes for hot water to come out and the housekeeping service is very slow, you are only asked to bring a doormat
