Good and clean place ! And staff is humble and many smile ! But I ask staff reception for order hairdryer 2 hours and this is I call 2 times for ask hairdryer and staff just come to room . Thankyou!

Nice, there is a swimming pool and there is a mall next to it.

There is a spider's web on the top of my head near my face, it's quite long, but that's all, otherwise it's ok, next time maybe I'll check it first before opening it for the client.

We stayed here because there was a school event for our child (15/6/2025), everything was standard, there was only 1 thing that made us a bit disappointed because the condition of the room was not commensurate with the price of the room, the walls were full of patches... please fix it, it's a shame because the location is very strategic, it's right in the middle of the city.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet for resting, highly recommended.

the swimming pool is one of the local guest stay destinations because it is only for in-house guests so the daily check of the pool's pH/CL must be consistent. today the kid pool is a bit cloudy. thats all

alhamdulillah...so happy to be able to spend the night here...there is a Quran but no prayer mat.hihi arrived early...when I wanted to check in..at 13.30 WIB..I thought I would be asked to wait until check in time..it turned out not to be...served very friendly by the staff... good service..when the stopper in the bathtub was disrupted..served quickly and well...it's just that the single bed we ordered was a different height..the softness was also different...but it was still nice and comfortable enough, it's just that there was a little damp in the corner of the room under the TV buffet... I can't review the food.because I ordered a room without breakfast...the plus of staying here is close to the city center..close to the mall...lots of food sellers around...fun...
