A comfortable, clean hotel near the city center, friendly staff, standard rooms are quite spacious, with a nice view and a rooftop terrace. Suggestions for the future include adding a kettle and tea and coffee sets, and providing a water dispenser on each floor.

Hopefully the service will improve and the sound quality will be improved because it's not too tight yet.

Thank God, I got a hotel that has a family room and is quite spacious. The view is good, you can see the mountains and the city. You can relax on the balcony and rooftop of the hotel. What I can do is provide tea and coffee in the room and check the water heater, it takes a long time to heat the water.

The location is close to the city, there are lots of culinary options around, clean rooms, a great rooftop cafe with a fresh view in the morning.

When we looked for Magelang hotel, we were intriqued by the small room size, thus we order the king size bed room. Turns out the room is big & facing the street/good view. Good location, roadside yet quiet, facing the military complex, just 5 min from centre of town. Plenty of parking lot. Check in is strict after 2 pm. No bfast but there's a 'minimarket' @lobby & rest on top floor. Room is clean with prepacked towel, toilettries & sandal. No hairdryer & fridge though. All other facilities works well, aircon,hotwater,tv. Highly recommended !

Okay, I'll try to review as objectively as possible: Positive: The room and bed were comfortable, with four large, soft, and comfortable pillows. The water was strong and the Wi-Fi was also fast. Thank God, I got a room with a view of Mount Sumbing. The room and its surroundings were also clean. Negative: The staff wasn't there when we were about to park and check in. I was looking around for a parking spot, so I had to find them first. There was no water heater in the room. The sink was leaking, so we had to use a trash can to collect it. The check-out process took a while, waiting for our room to be checked.
