Actually, for my first time in Surabaya, the hotel's location made it a bit confusing to find because it's right next to a flyover. So, I had to be careful about the entrance. It's very close to Gubeng Station, about 500 meters away. The service is very friendly, with a doorman ready to open the lobby door for you at the reception. Parking is quite spacious, both inside and outside the hotel, accommodating cars and motorcycles. There's a waiting and lounge area in front of the hotel lobby for smokers. The place is cool. The room amenities are quite complete. There's an elevator, windows that open, and hot water for showers. For a quick bite to eat, there are plenty of affordable food vendors around the hotel.

It's been a routine 5 nights every year. This year there has been a change in the beds.

The room's amenities and cleanliness are quite okay, but unfortunately, there's a strong smell of cigarettes and mustiness in the room. It really ruins the overall impression.

For the hotel staff, they are super duper friendly, the receptionist is also beautiful, hehehehe, and the men are very friendly, the only minus is the cleanliness of the sheets, pillows, I don't know about the towels, because they weren't used at all, there is water in the room, the AC is super duper cold, oh yeah, for the torn pillowcases, maybe they can be replaced, I'm just afraid there will be a misunderstanding, the rest is okay.

Nice, comfortable, only the water in the bathroom and toilet won't turn on.

It's good enough for sleeping, I ordered two rooms, one of which didn't have a refrigerator, apparently.

I don't know about the cleanliness of this hotel, it's really bad, there are lots of stains on the sheets and it's really damp. I immediately booked another hotel rather than staying here.

For transit guests who use the train, it is highly recommended because across the street you can find the entrance to Gubeng St., but the restaurant is not open yet, so there is no breakfast and you can't order food other than using an ojol.

I booked a hotel on the 14th night, but it turned out that the application was on the 15th night. Called the hotel and asked for a reschedule, the staff responded by just waking up and not giving a solution, instead turning off the phone. When I went to the hotel, I asked for a solution, but they didn't give a solution When I asked if there were any empty rooms, they said there were. I asked for an early check-in room because it was already 1 am, which was not allowed. I wanted to take the train at dawn, so I booked a room close by. I swear it was disappointing. I lost my money and didn't stay overnight. The staff was rude Because I was tired of arguing, I moved to another hotel. Reschedule couldn't be refunded either.
