That same day, many regulations were not welcomed. On the third day, I had already paid the app, but the hotel management arbitrarily canceled the payment and told us to leave the villa, claiming it was full and unprofessional. As a client, I have rights and evidence, and the Consumer Protection Act (UUD). I refused to accept this and even wanted to report the app. The contract could be terminated for unprofessionalism. My family and I deeply regret staying at this villa. There was so much pressure that we felt disadvantaged, and this is a business, not a food business; don't count people. This property must have good policies. I have stayed at over 1,000 hotels and villas. Vila Buana, located in Jimbaran, is unprofessional and takes advantage of clients and does whatever they please. As a legal professional, I understand my rights as a consumer and the Consumer Protection Act. I have explained this to the management. Review of this villa: The swimming pool is dirty, the property is poorly maintained, many ceilings are unkempt, and the management is very poor. In short, my vacation at Vila Buana was very unpleasant and there were many rules that made us feel unfree and uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with the management of Vila Buana, they are unfriendly and unprofessional. We are protected by consumer law, so don't be careless with clients, especially if the villa collaborates with an app or OTA. We understand OTAs very well.
