Crowded, slow waiter, bad breakfast.

humble staff, good place, good location. Went to Lombok couple of time and always staying here

The air conditioner is less cold and the floor is not clean.

The room was big but unfortunately the air conditioner was not cold enough and the wifi didn't arrive in the room, but the breakfast was okay, select the menu not the buffet but it didn't seem to disappoint the most pleasant thing about this hotel is its location. Not far from the crowd, close to places to eat and atm. overall okay is the hotel with the price offered.

This hotel turn out better than in thought! All good! Room is clean, bathroom is clean, beautiful pool, super friendly staff and their Pineapple pancake is good! The bad thing is only the wifi coverage tho. Need to go outside to get good connection :/

First come make sure you mention your room type. especially if you order the type deluxe and suitenya later dikira type superior. Either the system is wrong. in my deluxe room there was a malfunction then upgraded to a suite room on the second day. In both deluxe and suites there is a fridge and bathtub. message suggestions only. there is a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good. choose one for the breakfast menu.

Clean rooms, clean, comfortable toilets, near atm and public facilities, just no TV channels, nice overalls

Ventilation of the window is not closed, so the air-conditioning is less than the maximum cool the room. Others Okay

I booked for suite room but I get deluxe room but I can see the staff felt really bad about it so they gave us an extra bed for free as a compensation. Location hotel good nearby many restaurants
