From the exterior or facade, the hotel feels old school, but the interior is just stunning, I think it's Indochina style. Overall the vibes were homey and warm, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The best affordable 3-star hotel in Malang. The breakfast is exceptional. It's delicious with a wide variety. Breakfast is... it's 4-star. There are many good hotels, but the best and most affordable is the Regent Hotel. I took a superior room and it was comfortable. Keep going, Regent Hotel 👍👍

The hotel room was very comfortable, cool, and spacious, perfect for bringing children. The hot water worked well, and you got a welcome drink upon check-in.

Overall everything is good..but..what was disappointing was the breakfast..I ordered an omelette to the officer who made it like an intern who couldn't make an omelette yet..so until I finished breakfast the omelette wasn't ready. Please, if there are interns, they should be accompanied by a more senior employee first before being let off alone.

The room smells a bit off, maybe because the walls near the bathroom are damp and the AC isn't cold enough.

There was a noise from the machine or something, I don't know, from night until morning until I went to the toilet... the wallpaper was peeling off.

The hotel location is quite strategic and the rooms are spacious, even though this is an old hotel. If you choose a STANDARD ROOM, this hotel cannot guarantee that there is a NON SMOKING room, because the standard room is "open" and can be smoking or not. So, be careful for non-smokers to stay at this hotel. We finally forced ourselves to move to a non-smoking room (because we are allergic to smoke/cigarette smoke), then upgraded, and it turned out that the room/floor did not have any writing or guarantee of Non Smoking. Our room did not smell of cigarettes, but the next room was still smoking so the smoke could be smelled. This hotel does not really appreciate non-smoking guests. Think twice about staying at this hotel.
