The room facilities are very limited and not soundproof either :( tend to be less spacious, can't call housekeeping either there's no hair dryer, only one toothbrush and toothpaste are given, no shampoo, only one pair of sleepers, even though you know the booking is for 2 people but they really are provided with one.. In my experience, even though it's a 3-star hotel, they still provide a hair dryer, especially since I didn't book the cheapest room.. hopefully the facilities will be improved next time :) everything is helped because the staff is friendly and the food is really delicious.. thank you

It's always a pleasure staying here, close to everything. It's just a shame that the TV channels are so limited and it's not a smart TV yet. There are also ants in the room.

So far, I've been very satisfied with my stay here. + The staff are all friendly. + The room is clean, even though it's a smoking room. + Request for an anniversary and a free slice of cake and a sign on the glass (confirmed by phone). + Breakfast is delicious. + Late check-out allowed at 1:30. + Very cold AC. + Warm pool (weekends). + Easy access. + Security is quick to check in. - Breakfast isn't very varied. There's only a buffet (white rice, fried rice, rice noodles, stir-fried long beans, battered dory fish), porridge, omelettes, white bread, donuts, tiramisu (by the way, this one is a bit lacking), and two types of fruit. It's a shame there's no fresh milk or coco crunch. For this hotel, there aren't many choices. :( - A minor issue is that you only get one toothbrush. - There's a small stain on the blanket, but only on the bottom. - It's noisy because it's in front of a main road (which is a risk, considering the hotel is in front of a main road). The hotel doesn't seem to have any soundproofing.

It's okay to stay here, only the bathroom and toilet are separate so it's a bit complicated to move around, otherwise it's okay

Overall, the hotel is worth it for the price and location. The only issue I encountered during my stay was that the street-facing rooms were very noisy, frequently waking me up and disturbing me. The TV in room 7005 was broken. Hopefully, this will be a point of reference for future hotel evaluations. Thank you!

This is the only hotel in Bogor that allows smoking. No other hotel in Bogor has it. And I've actually visited this place often, just for a quick stop... it's so comfortable, like home.

The shower area when taking a shower the water flows out of the bathroom, there are not many breakfast choices 😁
