The staff was quite friendly but check in was a bit slow because we were supposed to get the key at 2 o'clock but the room was ready at 3 o'clock.

The room service is the best, ask for help to open the connecting door and they are immediately ready, then ask for help to find a TV program (because my friend doesn't know how to look for it) and they are immediately ready.. The best, really 🫶🏻

Hotel Claro is truly the best, with excellent service, friendly staff, and a strategic location not far from the toll road. It's a large, luxurious, and grand hotel for all travel needs. It's well worth it, whether for business or family time. However, Hotel Claro is very crowded because of its spacious ballroom, with many people using it. Furthermore, the breakfast is delicious and varied. Thanks to Claro.

The hotel is quite large.
The room is spacious.
The receptionist was rude.
I requested smoking from the start... but I didn't get an excuse.
The breakfast menu was a mess. By 7:00 AM, the plates and glasses were all gone.
