For the umpteenth time the choice to stay here 👍

Have stayed here many times, always very satisfied with the staff service, room cleanliness, and service in the restaurant during breakfast. But my last booking for parents & children to stay on July 25, 2026, maybe there was a miscommunication between the staff. H-1 before I had informed/asked via WhatsApp chat whether or not I wanted an early check-in at 10 am (usually possible if there are rooms available). The staff's answer was "Okay, we'll make a note." A little confused actually, but I thought maybe it was possible because the staff didn't say "No". The next day my family arrived at 11 am, it turned out they couldn't check in, they were told to wait until 12. But I still like this hotel because overall all the facilities, service, cleanliness, etc. are good.

The hotel is very comfortable, the pillows smell good, the water is fast flowing, the staff are friendly, the receptionist is warm and always gives promotions, in short the best.

The room was quite spacious and clean, but the AC was like a fan, noisy because of the fan rotation and not cooling. Twice asked to move rooms but the AC still did not cool. The staff seemed busy going back and forth talking this and that but did not provide a solution. The AC technician was asked to the room but only said that the AC was slimy. Finally, my husband, my child, and I checked out that night at 24.00 and looked for another hotel. Very disappointed with this kind of service, this hotel is highly not recommended, not according to the price offered.

All the staff are friendly, today I got welcome fruit, I was so happy, I always enjoy staying here, the price is promotional but I'm really satisfied. Oh yeah, the bathroom water is really great, strong flow without any congestion, it's really great.

My stay at the hotel yesterday was truly memorable. From the speedy check-in, the clean room with views of Manado city, to the varied breakfast. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere, allowing me to truly unwind from my daily routine. The friendly service made me feel at home and want to return.
